You can clean the mat by running it under lukewarm water. First one i used as a silhouette cameo cutting mat. Your mat is going to get little pieces of paper and fabric that stick to it. Yes i d love to say 20. If your mat is not sticking anymore there are a few things you can do to extend its life a bit more. Repeat to yourself that you need to mirror the image when you turn your material front side down. Does your mat have a hole in it but you need to get just one more cut out of it.
